Cut off the electronics well before laying down, create a more restful and peaceful bedroom, tap into melatonin or listen to guided meditations to lull you into a better sleep pattern. Studies show that without good sleep patterns, your stress hormones will rise and that will contribute to worsening health and increased weight gain.
The majority of the people you see daily are experiencing some degree of dehydration. Drinking at least 65 ounces of water a day will help get you hydrated, which contributes to a healthier body, better skin and nails, and fewer headaches. Remember, caffeinated beverages like soda and coffee do not count. Drink pure water as often as possible.
